Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, I ship any where in the world.

Q. What is the price for shipping?

A. All Original artworks sold on Faeriemajikk.com ship FREE, that's anywhere in the world!

Q. Is insurance included?

A. No, if you want insurance (recommended) contact me before purchasing so that I can find out the correct price for you.

Q. Do you accept commissions?

A. Yes! I love commissions, check out my commissions page to see if I am available.

Q. How much does it cost for a commissioned artwork?

A. The price depends on size and medium to be used. Commissioned art is priced differently to ready to ship artworks from the galleries, see my commissions page for all the information you need.

Q. I can't afford an artwork, can I pay it off in installments?

A. Yes, all art can be paid off via layby/lay away. This includes commissions. contact me prior to purchasing to arrange suitable installment payments. All items must be paid for within 6 weeks.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?

A. Yes, I require at least 30% of the final price, this is for layaway and commissons.

Q. If I decide not to go through with the purchase can I get my deposit back?

A. Short answer, Yes.
Long Answer; It depends.
On art that is finished and ready to ship, yes you will get your deposit back plus any payments made if any. If you back out of a commission refund of any payments made will depend. If i have not begun the actual painting ie still at the preliminary stage, then yes you will get a full refund of your deposit. But if I have begun the painting or it is already finished you will not get your deposit back, you will be refunded any other payments. Commissions can take weeks to complete, a lot of research and preliminary work goes into each artwork. I need to re coup my costs at the very least.
